PHP-bin error

When trying to reach my archives/posts on another page, (like https://soyrosa.nl/weblog/wordpress/page/2/) I get this message: The requested URL /php-bin/weblog/wordpress/index.php was not found on this server.
The PHP-Bin comes from: https://soyrosa.nl/weblog/wordpress/
When you go here – https://soyrosa.nl/weblog/wordpress/ – you can see ‘previous posts’ on the bottom… when clicking that, you’ll see a 500 Internal Server Error.
I really don’t know anything about this, so your help would be fantastic! ??
