the URL not saving when I press "Update Page"

The plugin shows up on the bottom of the edit page and I put in all of the info for the custom URL and where I want to point the page to, but when I click on “Update Page” it just reverts back to the selecting “normal Word Press URL”. Am I doing something wrong?
