Breaks WP 3.6 Dashboard and other plugins

When upgrading to WordPress 3.6, my dashboard stopped functioning properly. The sidebar drop-down menus did not work, Screen options did not drop down, as well as a couple of plug-ins, namely add-this.

I went through all my plugins and disabled each one at a time. The site stopped working when I enabled Wanguard.

Any ideas?
