Linking latest post from a Network Site TO that site?

I accomplished the task of listing ONE post from each network site via Multisite Posts plugin, but does anyone have an idea how to get these links working?
For instance: Goose Creek Association Annual Report for 2013 should link to: https://www.goosecreek.org/2013/06/15/goose-creek-association-annual-report-for-2013/
The plugin generates the links through get_post_permalink, but I need a way to “Send” them to the site in which the post was created. Here is the PHP code for the Multisite Posts:
Also: The Multi-site is using subdomains, not directories
