    I’ve just noticed that it happens with AdBlock Plus as well.

    I too can confirm that adblock and adblock plus are restricting this plugin’s abilities to add referral codes to links.

    Any idea how to mitigate this issue?

    I can confirm this as well. Are there any solutions yet?

    I am now closing this 11 month old topic as it references an older version of WordPress and (probably) the plugin.
