    Sorry for the delayed response – I was never alerted to your post on here!

    I will look into this issue further and report back. If I need to make an update to the plugin, I will do so.

    Hi Uendi,

    The Custom Comment Form Title isn’t creating a new form, it’s simply modifying the default_title value of the existing comment_form() function built-in to WordPress.

    When you deactivate the plugin, the values of the built-in WordPress comment_form() function are restored, and the form exists and displays as it would by default.

    Maybe I am not understanding your problem entirely, however. Do you have a link where I can see what you are referring to?

    Yes, you are correct as I made a mistake. I thought the form is still there though the plugin had been removed.
