Plugin Groups [Allow Users to Group Plugins for Organization]

It would be nice to be able to GROUP plugins. I have the issue where some plugins works better in one theme and are useless in another theme. since i am always changing themes, it would be nice if i could group my plugins

one group would be:

“Testing Plugins” A group where i could put plugins that i am testing

“Used in Theme ‘XYZ-Theme” Another group where i could put plugins that work well with one theme

I run through the routine of installing many plugins that do almost the same thing. i need to test them, and then uninstall them if they do not do exactly what i want to remove clutter.
