    I have paid for THIS to be upgraded to Pro version, but still says i’m running FREE and asking to upgrade ?? can i be advised on how to now get it to switch ?

    DO NOT CLOSE THIS UNTIL SORTED.

    THIS IS THE PLUGIN AUTHOR SUPPORT PAGE and i am asking for support…..

    so do not tell me to go elsewhere like previous……

    That’s something you’ll need to take up with the plugin author on his own site. These forums are not for discussing or support the “Pro” version.

    @rs Publishing? The link for the “Pro” version goes to a paypal link. That is very uncool and you need to update that with a useful link.

    Supporting your “Pro” customers here is not permitted.

    I am not entirely sure what is going on here. However, if you have purchased the upgraded version and downloaded the upgraded version .. did you remove the old version and installed the upgraded version or what seems to be the problem? Kindly email us at [email protected]

    @rs Publishing, please get your support model all sorted out and do not support your customers here any longer.

    Any further commercial support requests will be closed or deleted on sight. If you choose to support the version here then that is of course alright and encouraged.

    But using these forums as your commercial support if not allowed.
