Can't add notes

I solved the issue by adding the “Auto thickbox plus” plugin, im still not sure what caused the problem.

I take that back, the modal overlay opens but after clicking “save”, the note is not added. ??

I really need more info to help you out!

Could had been a conflict with a plugin, however debugging it would had taken forever so I decided to use something else. Thanks anyway ??
