Admin Menu Editor Pro Conflict

I am trying to resolve a conflict wherein, enabling W3 Total Cache takes control /resets my admin menu (left side)… I am using the Admin Menu editor to give specific roles a specific menu… not sure why W3 Total cache would be involved in the menu adjustment but it is.. any ideas?
