Most of the JS on your page is included twice including Fancybox which is causing problems. Remove Fancybox from the theme and things will work.

Yes, and thank you. I disabled Fancybox in the theme and the map popup is working great on a full size monitor.

There are still some issues with how the map is displaying on my iPhone: the black opacity overlay is covering the entire screen, and the map is under the overlay instead of being framed by the overlay.

Started displaying OK on my iPhone for whatever reason, so all is good.
