Facebook Like post to Like PAGE pop-up

  • Does anyone know of a plugin that when you ‘like’ a post on the site/blog a pop-up would show the like box for my Facebook page? This would be great because it would specifically target people that like your site. Also if the box wouldn’t pop-up if you already like the page.

    An even bonus if you tweeted the post you would get a pop-up to ‘follow’ me on twitter.
