    Hi,

my first thought is that this is caused by image lazy-loading. Please delete the current version and install the earlier version and let me know if it works correctly, or not.

I changed few things in this version and it seems that I will have to allow the user to choose the way the plugin should behave because there are at least a few people who reported problems with the new version.

Thank you for your quick reply. The old version works more correctly. There is still an elongated transparency overlay, but the button appears in the corner of each image as it should. I set the transparency to “0” on my main site so it won’t distract readers (makes it appear as if the plugin is working correctly), but I left the transparency on my second blog https://modernlywed.com/live. Do you think the remaining issue is a lazy load problem?

    Hi again @ksm730,

the remaining issue is caused by the combination of lazy load and the way the plugin works. In a day or two I plan to release a new version of the plugin that I hope will be able to deal with similar issues. I will let you know in this topic and ask you to check if it resolved the problem after releasing the new version.

The new version of the plugin is available. Could you please update it, set the mode in visual settings to ‘dynamic’ and let me know if the plugin works properly?

    Hello mrsztuczkens,

I installed the new version, but am experiencing the original issue again (first few images are fine, but button loads at wrong location lower on page). Any settings I should try adjusting?

    Thank you!

Seems like you haven’t changed the mode from ‘static’ to ‘dynamic’ in visual settings. Please change that and let me know. I really hope that would help.

by the way: great photos on your website!

I just switched to dynamic. It seems to work for the first two posts, but is off again by the third. Should I go back to the old version?

Glad you like the photos ??

Mhm, I just checked out your site on FireFox and Chrome and on both browsers I scrolled to the end of the first post (like 20 photos or so) and everything seemed to work just fine.

    What browser are you using?

I tested in Safari and Chrome. After emptying my cache and reloading it seems to be working perfectly! Thank you for all your help!
