CSS and Alignment off since update to 2.7.8

I have several forms for a catalog style eCommerce site. Here is a link to one of the product pages, if you click the tab Request Quote/Information you can see the form.

I just updated it this morning and I am not sure why all of the alignment is wrong and everything seems squished together.
