Plugin with a star rating system ONLY for editors?

I see a lot of plugins available where users can rate posts – but what about for review blogs? There are lots of review blogs, book reviews, app reviews, product reviews, and those people give star ratings to their products and don’t want users to be able to rate as well. Is there a plugin for this kind of system? Thanks!
