change text from Cost to Price

    AAAAHHHHHRRRRGGGGHHHH!!!!

    This is driving me nuts! I’ve spent hours trying to figure this simple edit out.

    There has to be a way for me to edit SOMETHING so that I can change certain text on the page.

    For example, I would like to change the word “Cost:” to the word “Price:” (or specifically in MY case, I want to use the words “Job Number”).

    Once I figure this out, I can change any wording on the resulting page.

    I did figure out how to do this on the admin pages by editing the “events-meta-box.php”, but cannot figure out how to change it on the the resulting public pages.

    PLEASE HELP!!!

    Found part of it!

    public/advanced-functions/meta.php

    This allows me to change wording on the public resulting pages…

    Now to find the wording on the admin MENU…

    Any input on where to find the admin menu wording?

    Changing core plugin files is likely to cause problems when next you update (as your changes will be erased).

    Although it’s beyond the scope of support here on this forum to guide you through this one you might be able to find some examples (re front end changes) on our tri.be forum.

    For changes to the admin environment menus I’m afraid you’re on your own!
