Trouble with Prestige theme

I’m having trouble with Prestige theme (theme forest). It’s worked flawlessly before, but now I get a gray screen that’s not usable when trying to edit thumbs, and the slideshow/lightbox doesn’t work (only simple image boxes appear when clicking on thumbnails).
The same problem occurs with 2.0.7 and when rolled back to 1.9.12.
How/when might this be remedied?
