Thank you letters – From displays "WordPress" instead of our org name

Letters sent to donors appear to be sent from “WordPress” even though the correct email address is attached (our [email protected] address). So in the from field, the donor sees:
WordPress [email protected]
I have looked and looked but cannot figure out how to fix this. Is there some special way I need to type our name and email address in the field: [From / Reply-To Email Address] ?
