How to customize blog post icon

I want to customize the little shaded grey pencil icons on my blog post page— they are on the top left hand corner of every post and I find them highly annoying! I’d much rather use my logo or have a specialized icon depending on what category my post falls into…

Is there anyone that can help me change these blog icons?
