  • To start with, there is no file named “general.css” within a WordPress installation. However, there is a “style.css” file that controls the appearance of your overall theme and many of the plugins you have installed. Additionally, there is no *.css file amongst the files that this plugin installs.

I’ve just looked through the style.css file and I saw nothing that looked like it address what you are looking for, but I could be wrong.

You might need to create, or have someone create for you, a code segment that gives you what you want.

Yes I could not find the general.css so I assumed it was a different version. The plugin does install a couple *.css for each theme it has.

Can anyone identify for me where that gradient background is coded at? I can’t seem to locate it.

    Thanks again

I feel like an idiot, changed to the plano theme and poof the background was gone. That should have been the first thing I checked. Anyway thanks for the responses.
