Use images as answers

I’m trying to make a quiz based on a pattern; ie look at the 4 patterns, and then select the one that should come next. I need both the question and the answers to be images. I know how to make the question an image, but I tried copying HTML in to the answer fields but it just displays as HTML text.

Is there any way to make this work?
