activation problem

    I can’t activate my domain. There is a js error when I enter the activation page with message “Uncaught TypeError: Cannot call method ‘text’ of undefined”. I have created a wordpress page and pasted the “
    <script>var __v=’barc-user-xxx,xxx’;</script>” code there, also I’have created a simple .php(and html) file and have pasted there, but none of these cases worked. The popup always says “Special code not found”. Also my sniffer doesn’t show any request during the checking my page url.

    Hey zzhovo, can you try again? We fixed an issue recently that should hopefully have solved that problem.

    The things that I have described above are the same, maybe I do something work, butt still it doesn’t work. Maybe the problem comes from the error on https://barc.com/1.2.41/js/app.js (line 10 and 17) “Uncaught TypeError: Cannot call method ‘text’ of undefined”. I’ve got this on the activation page and on my page with the iframe of the chat.

    I believe this is a great plugin, the work you’ve done is huge, I can appreciate as a developer. Thank you.
