Registration Page Redirects to Itself on User Registration

Hi there,

Firstly, I just wanted to add my thanks for a great plugin. In terms of login etc, it does exactly what I need. I am, however, running into problems with the registration page here:

Everything displays fine, however I tried to register myself using several different email addy’s this evening, and the page just redirects back to itself. I get no emails coming through to notify me of user registration either. I’ve checked my backend to ensure all users can register, and also the email I’ve assigned for notifications. These work fine. I disabled some of my plugins and still no change, so I was wondering if you could please kindly advise.
