Plugin Conflict Custom Contact Forms

When the module is activated it breaks the admin pages of custom contact form. I get a javascript error “Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘jquery’ of undefined”.
Thanks for the great work. The plugin has helped speed up my site.
