Changing Theme

I have the most recent version of wordpress, and I have used the twenty Eleven Theme since I started blogging.

I would like to change themes to more of a magazine style, and something that works well with google adsense.

Any suggestions on themes? Or plugins for adsense?

In general, any many pitfalls when trying to change themes?
