deployment problem with get_permalink

I have finished my website with wordpress. And I deploy on my Centos Server (LAMP). All my hyperlink (use get_permalink function) are ip localhost (eg: https://192.168.1.100). I really want it to be domain name (eg: https://uts.vn). Please give me some advices how to config that.
