auto populated forms from dropdown

In my site theres form where logged user can add his car details (model, engine etc) and car part which he needs for his car along with adress. I get data from form in my email and send that part to him. Theres no price.
Now it gets hard for me. Many users have few cars and must fill same data over and over.
I want to make separate form where user can add car data and then maybe add second car data and another etc… This data would be stored in database. And then on another page display dropdown where user can choose one of his cars. This data populate form, except car part field which user fills and hits send button. So theres less form filling. Users could also have option to edit previously added data.
