Go to Settings > Permalinks and save.

still nothing, its just doesn’t work,

also the other day i installed this plugin and it worked good but then i uninstalled it an installed it back and now it gives me problems.

You will need to check other plugins/themes you have installed – something might be breaking WP Permalinks for post types (such as job listings). FYI WP handles the permalinks themselves for jobs.
