• When I center an image within WordPress, it does it with <div style=”text-align: center”>. For whatever reason, some feed readers do not like that, and the image is not centered when they read the entry with one.

I tried using <center>, but it messed the formatting of the post up.

Is there a way to center an image so that it’s in the middle on both the blog and in feed readers?

    Your help is appreciated.

  • I think what you are trying to do is provide code that will work across all feedreaders – and they all work a little differently to each other. So that task is not easy.
Bear in mind that people who use feed readers are accustomed to layouts that are different to a blog (I know, I use one) and also that feeds themselves can look different even with images because of how a feed reader uses fonts and other styling elements.
If there is one reader you want to favour – ask the author of that.
It is more of a feedreader issue than a wp issue though.
