User File Storage

Is there a plug in or something in WP that would allow a user to have a private file area / folder where they can upload or download files to/from it.

We have several employees with USB sticks that use them for taking documents from location to location, in the past year several have “lost everything” and in general we are finding the USB sticks less reliable. Since we have internet at all the locations and they already have a WP account we were hoping we could do something with WP for user file storage (typically .pdf / .doc)
