Custom Header

    I would like to customise my twenty twelve header.

    Instead of just a banner image, I would like to add things like

    social media icons
    a search box
    login
    newsletter icon
    company telephone number
    etc

    I want all of this to appear above the menu

    Can anyone tell me of way to do this?
