Unable to set custom Picture as Header Image

  • Theme being used: twentyThirteen
    When I try the option

    Customize >> Header Image

    I only see the three default images. No option to either select an image from media library or to upload an image is shown. How do I change Header Image to something other than the three default images.

  • Go to Appearance->Header and either upload an image or choose from the Media Library. Once you have installed that image, it will be available in the Customize area.
