My site does not reflect published changes made on page

My nonprofit agency hired a web developer to create our site of us on WordPress. They gave me a brief lesson on editing the site going forward. However, I am following their instructions and the page I have attempted to edit does not reflect the changes I made. I have clicked “publish” and “update” on the page I edited, however the changes are not appearing on the actual site. When I log back in to my admin account, I see the changes reflected on the development site, I also see the changes reflected on the development site when I visit the site outside of the admin page. I updated the page over a week ago, and the changes are still not appearing on my site.

What am I doing wrong? Please help!
