More 3.6 issues.

Hello Support, It looks like there are many issues on 3.6
1st. when used as a widget, no thank you message pops up and no user name or email is placed in the list.
2. shen using short code, I does work, but when I edit the shortcode, like removing the name section, changing thank you, etc. Nothing happens, it all looks like the original.
Please let me know how to fix this.
