Custom Taxonomy is not working on my site

    I created a custom taxonomy using the plugin and associated it with a few post types that already existed in my site. Now, when I try to view the taxonomy.php for those post types my pagination is not working. When I click the links to go to the next page I receive a Page Not Found error.

    I have deactivated and deleted the PODS plugin and my site is still broken. It was working fine until I added this plugin. Is there anything I can do to resolve this? Thanks!
