Change link for "Lost Password"?

We have one shared password for all members of this site and only the admins change it (yearly). I’d like to have the “Lost Password” link direct to a page or popup that reminds a user of when/how they got the password and gives them some direction. We do not want a typical password recovery. I have looked at the code (former C coder) but I cannot see the change to make. Help appreciated!
