field to input custom link not appearing

I just installed the plug in and when I open the page edit menu, I see the “Page Links To” submenu however, all i have are the 2 radio buttons to select “Its normal WordPress URL” or “A custom URL” but no typeable field to put the custom URL in, nor do I have the checkbox to open in a new window.
Halp.
