twitter shares adding random code leads to 404

When you click on our twitter share via jetpack it adds on
https://balls.ie/football/richie-sadlier-father-ted/.Uh4GoYTaxGY.twitter
and the link is then broken.. that link above is being redirected now thru another plugin.. how do i fix this so i dont have to redirect all
