Updated URL, now no wp-admin

Okay, so I just followed steps 1-8 (TO THE LETTER) of
https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Moving_WordPress#When_Your_Domain_Name_or_URLs_Change
But now I have problems. I CAN NOT log in. When I try to pull up admin or even login, I get a 404 error. I recognize that the image/media stuff is going to have to be changed (that wasn’t until step 11) so I can live with my site being text only right now.
https://www.cascadehealthalliance.com/ is the site. Thankfully it isn’t “supposed” to be live yet, but it DOES go live officially on September 1st. I’m mildly concerned now, but that level of concern is quickly ratcheting up as I have a ton of other work to get done before a big switch flips over the weekend.
Ideas?
