Presentation Doesn't Appear

Inside the quotes of the [slideonline=””] shortcode, I put in my slideonline url (https://slideonline.com/presentation/3857-fan-culture-pptx/) but it doesn’t show up, only a “default” screen, gray, that links to the best, latest, and where I can sign in and upload content.
Why isn’t it appearing?
