After adding the e-mail, phone number and event date options to the existing export columns, the dialogue box gives all indications that your selections options will be included in the new dashboard display settings, but the dashboard does not display the extra column fields

If you attempt to add these particular options to the export CVS function,it will not export to the resulting CVS file, either. Two questions:

    1. How do you get the dashboard display to permanently display the extra selected columns?
    2. How do you get the export CVS function to recognize the additional fields in the export? (I’ve tried multiple times to get the additional fields to export.)

are you using EMPro and custom booking fields?

    1. you can click on the gear icon at Events > Bookings
    2. you need to make your custom forms at Forms Editor then click Make Default

    Thanks for the reply!

No custom booking fields used, but I did attempt to make the e-mail, phone and event date as the default, however they will not stick on the display. Numerous attempts have been made to change the default, but it will not accept the default. This is probably why the export with the extra fields will not function, either.

    Feedback?

I’m not sure what you mean by this:

Numerous attempts have been made to change the default, but it will not accept the default.

if you choose certain fields by clikcing the gear icon, those columns should be remembered.

This is just the issue! I can click the gear icon until the end of the earth, but the columns are NOT being remembered. This applies to whether it is changing the display to include more columns or trying to export to a CVS file including the extra data columns. Neither function is willing to save the changes to the default, hence my posting to this forum.
But thanks to all who have providede feedback.

do you just get blank fields/cols in your CSVs for these or are they completely ignored?

can’t imagine why they’d interfere but it’d be worth disabling other plugins and/or reverting to the default WP theme to see if they are causing this.

    They are completely ignored.
But good idea on disabling the other plug ins. I’ll try and advise.

ok, and maybe you can share some screenshots of the issue for us to easily visualize the issue? or try to check you browser error console to see if there’s any javascript error and/or turning-on wp_debug
