All Pages not Found (404)

After working on the site last night I now am receiving page not found on all pages but the home page. I have reset permalinks, tried them as both default and custom. Deleted the .htaccess file and recreated it using the permalinks page. I need to get this back up quickly please help!

The only think I can think is that something happened last night when my computer that was connected via FTP to the server where the install lies, was unplugged from the wall accidentally and shut down.

I have run out of things I know to try. Please help!
