Can you link configure the form to pop up when a social icon is clicked?

Hi, Thanks for the wonderful plugin.
You know how one of the common social icons is mailto? I’d like the contact form to pop up when the mailto social icon is clicked. I use Simple Social Icons and the widget field requires a url.
Where can I find a URL for my Popup Contact Form, if there is one?
