Duplicate links in breadcrum

I’ve duplicated links in my breadcrum, something like:

home / events / locations / locations / location name

It only happens for single locations. The url of the page is correct: website/events/locations/location-name.

Something similar for categories. When selecting a single event category link, the breadcrum is like: home/events/categories/categories. That is without the proper category name.

Is there anything I can do to improve the breadcrum when using the Event Manager?
