    You would most likely have to use the do_shortcode function in your template file to get this to work, but yes, it is possible. You wouldn’t be able to do it directly from the “Menus” menu, but by creating them and then placing them in the header.php file, you could get the same result.

    Never heard back about this so I’m marking as resolved, but am happy to re-open if you still have questions.

    Hello johnbhartley, I’ve been using the MaxButtons and wondering how to add them in a menu or in a widget. I’ve tried a few community suggestions but still the shortcode appears just like a text. I’m using Virtue Theme https://www.ads-software.com/themes/virtue in case has to do anything with a specific file.
    I’m more interestead in using the buttons in the Menu
