Twitter & Facebook buttons not shown

I want to use Google+, twitter and facebook buttons. However, only the Google+ button shows up (both inline and in the call-to-action). When I use fbShare.me and Topsy, they do show up, but any other type (official facebook and twitter buttons) do not?
