Only Showing Posts from Specific Category to Edit

Hello! Just trying to figure out how to edit the edit.php file into displaying only posts from certain categories to edit. Does anyone know what the code might be for this or at least point me to the right page that’ll help me accomplish this? Thanks in advance!
