google result and meta are different

    The meta of my sites are different from the description within the google search results. It just shows the title text but not the meta text.

    I just recognized that I’ve two meta’s in the sourcecode. On from WordPress and the other one from Yoast.

    How can I make sure that the meta’s just come from Yoast?
