Lightbox (Overlay) For Uploaded Audio & Video

I have the videos currently on my website opening via a lightbox, which I really like. My concern, though, is because the videos are either from Youtube or Vimeo, if the author decides to remove the videos, it will bring nothing but a dead link to my site. I have already captured the videos (they are my own videos) to my PC and uploaded them to WordPress. They are sitting in my media library, along with my mp3 files. If possible, how do I use the video and audio files in my media library in the lightbox, so I don’t run the risk I described earlier?
