RSS Feeds

I’m using v2.0.3 with the default theme and don’t understand how to implement RSS. I have an RSS link on the bottom of the page (my blog is https://www.PurposefulGrowth.com), but when I click it I get the error message that the page cannot be displayed. The page showing in the address bar is feed:https://www.purposefulgrowth.com/feed/.

Can anyone help a novice?
